PIH Health Whittier Hospital is Hiring an IDS Call Center Analyst, FT Days Near Whittier, CA

The IDS Call Center Analyst reports directly to IDS Call Center Management. He/she is responsible for designing, building, configuring, and testing the IDS Call Center applications. He/she assists with operational development, database management, education and training to IDS Scheduling applications.

Required Experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, organization development, or other related fields preferred.
  • Comparable experience will be considered.
  • Previous hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
