We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Phoenix, AZ location. This individual will be responsible for the fulfillment of receiving, processing, shipping, and completing customer purchase orders for our products and services. 

Position Requirements:

• Energetic and “self-starting”
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Must have excellent math and keyboarding skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently on projects and perform as part of a team
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required and Quick Books knowledge a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Have a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation to and from work
• Good follow up skills
• Knowledge of the construction/roofing industry is also a plus

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Answers phone and electronic inquiries from Customers and Regional Sales Reps.
• Become and remain proficient in Phoenix Products services, products, and operational procedures pertaining to Sales and Distribution
• Processes purchase orders from customers
• Enters and verifies orders in order management system
• Clarify order details
• Coordinate freight and shipping of orders
• Set up new customers in order management system
• Check stock levels
• Advise customers on product availability
• Coordinate with manufacturing/vendor scheduling as necessary
• Communicates any changes in delivery dates or other changes to the customer and the Sales Rep.
• Supports the outside sales force and collaborates frequently with them.
• Monitors status of all open orders to ensure timely delivery and provides customer service regarding order status and logistics issues.
• Communicates with Credit Manager to resolve credit hold issues.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Help and coordinate with warehouse staff
