Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations and performance of a designated region. The District Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of team leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing sales and profit, and maintaining operational standards. It is REQUIRED to work as a team Member and team lead for 3 Months to ensure success. This is a logistics position Weekday Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Texas Region Prepare and coordinate for all events in the district. Onboarding, training, scheduling of new staff Booking and coordinating travel accommodations for all staff Ordering and maintaining all equipment HR coordination of payroll and other items Weekend Responsibilities: Attending 3 events per month minimum to lead, and train staff. Providing on call support for all staff members in the district as problems arise and assist with problem solving. Ensure success of your team Training of all staff at events Requirements: Weekend and Holiday availability Ability to drive regularly to event locations within Texas and beyond Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
