Accounting clerk needed at Phil Brannen Ford of Perry. Accounting experience required. Dealership specific experience preferred but not required. This individual needs to be extremely organized and attentive to detail, and customer service oriented. Computer experience is a must as our accounting software is fully electronic.

Examples of duties:

• Answer phones, take messages, transfer calls to correct departments.
• Cashier for sales, service, and parts.
• Stocking in vehicles.
• Organizing deals.
• Making accounting entries to post deals.
• Trade payoff transactions.
• Accounts receivable (mailing statements, calling past due accounts, entering payments).
• Scanning deals, repair orders, and parts tickets.
