Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated acquisitions specialists to join our team. As a Phase One Acquisitions Specialists, you will be responsible for cold calling leads on a CRM , networking with brokers / property managers and following up with leads. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and build personally and as a team.

Pay for this position is:

• 10% - short acquisitions
• 2.5% monthly - long-term buy & hold or syndicated properties.

Duties:

- Cold call leads

- Create marketing campaigns on the companies CRM

- Follow up & build rapport with sellers

- Attend weekly meetings in person or on zoom

- Gather information on subject property (condition,price,number of units etc.)

- Network with brokers & property managers

- Communicate & work with Phase Two Acquisition Specialists

- Communicate with Dispositions Specialists

- Network on social media

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service representative, or in a similar role

- Familiarity with real estate investing, CRM's, sales, or any other related talent

- Experience working in a call center is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in building rapport

We offer competitive compensation packages, including 10% of all short term deals and 2.5% every month of profits from assets you do phase one acquisition on that we purchase to buy & hold or syndicate.
