What will you be doing?
You will be delivering and securing loads of steel coils, flat steel, and occasionally lumber. This is a physically demanding position, you are not just driving a truck!
Climbing in/out of cab, on/off of truck bed
Securing Loads- bending, squatting, lifting wood, throwing chains
Hook/unhook Trailer
Push/Pull tarps on/off covered wagon
Perform safety check on truck/trailer
Ensure truck is clean and presentable
Represent the company in a professional manner
Complete required logs and scan in tickets
Follow all DOT rules and regulations

Compensation:
CPM based on verifiable Class A Experience
Load Pay
Automatic 1/2 cent raise every six months
Optional $69/day in per diem
Detention Pay (after 1st hour)
Breakdown Pay (for the ENTIRE breakdown period)
Backhaul Pay
Stop Pay for multiple stop loads
Performance Pay
Job Requirements:
CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL & Med Card (with at least 3 months before expiration)
Minimum 1 year Class A commercial driving experience
A good attitude
Clean DOT Clearinghouse
No felony convictions in the past 5 years
Good MVR and Stable Work History
No Drug/Alcohol violations in the past 5 years
