Responsibilities:
- Provide grooming services to dogs, including bathing, brushing, and styling their fur or hair
- Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other basic grooming tasks
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
- Interact with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:

- Ability to groom a dog quickly and safely from start to finish

- Able to dry a dog completely with force dryer, no cage dryers at this facility
- Previous experience in pet grooming, at least 5 years
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming needs
- Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with care and compassion
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality grooming results
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners
- completion of a pet grooming program is a plus

- Bilingual is appreciated, many clients prefer to speak Spanish

- Our salon hours are Tues- Sat, 8am-5pm

Pay: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
