- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficiency in refrigeration and air conditioning principles
-Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a "You're my go-to company" relationship
- Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned
```Skills```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- 2 year's Residential HVAC Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- EPA Certification
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide explanations of work performed
