Primary Job Focus:

Responsible for all company inventory outbound and inbound. This includes customer orders and samples, warehouse inventory, production scheduling, raw material orders, and shipping/tracking.

Responsibilities:

· General customer service

o Main/first person to answer incoming phone calls

o Handling general customer inquiries (shipping lead times, order status, SDS request, etc.)

· Process customer Sales Orders and samples

o Provide customers and sales reps with order quotes and confirmations

o Work with Production Team to fulfill customer orders and samples

o Log all sample orders in HubSpot

· Shipping

o Process customer orders and samples, warehouse inventory, raw materials, testing materials, etc.

o Track all outbound and inbound customer orders, samples, raw materials, testing materials, etc. to confirm delivery

o Provide customers, sales reps, and team members with shipping quotes and final costs by utilizing freight carrier websites

· Inventory

o Monitor and maintain finished goods and raw material inventory levels for all warehouse locations

o Work with Supply Chain Manager in forecasting raw material inventory as required to support production forecast and issue purchase orders to vendors

o Review and order miscellaneous supplies based on feedback from Production Team

· Production Scheduling

o Establish daily/weekly production schedule based on incoming orders and inventory stock

o Work with Production Team to set weekly production schedule and update Production Calendar

o Revise and update production schedule based on incoming orders and inventory stock

o Process production batches workflow

· Other

o Assist Operations Leader in general office management

· Bachelor degree and 3-5 years professional experience or 7-10 years professional experience

· Proficiency in freight shipping

Preferred Knowledge:

· Fishbowl Inventory Software

· Slack

· HubSpot CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
