Manufacturing / Production / Operations
Manufacturing - Laser Turret Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Up to $85,000 to start plus full benefits
Second Shift - 3:30p to 12a (M-F)
As Laser Turret Supervisor, you will:
- Join a manufacturer of precision metal products
- Oversee and coordinate production activities
- Supervise the Turret Punch/Laser Department
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to team members
- Review and interpret project specifications for each job
- Administer the ERP system
- Review production schedules
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Perform routine and spot quality inspections
- Serve as an ongoing resource for team members
- Hire and train new employees
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Uphold safety, quality and cleanliness standards
- Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 10 years of Manufacturing experience
- At least 5 years of Supervisory experience
With:
- Experience Programming and Operating Automated Turret Punch and Fiber Laser Equipment
- Experience with Material Retrieval Systems
- Experience with ANY ERP System
Pluses:
- Epicor ERP Software
- Cad experience, SolidWorks and/or NC Express are biggest pluses
- Experience with Prima Power and/or Trumpf Equipment
- Fluency in Spanish
