**We seek Team Members who:**

* Can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet
* Maintain store cleanliness
* Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of product, cycle counts
* Participate in merchandising, work on creative display of products
* Attend store and company meetings (some meetings may be before or after hours)
* Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
* Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math
**Wage Range:** $14.75 to $15.25 per hour DOE
Requirements **Required Skills**
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
* Able to stand for extended periods of time
* Highly accountable and has integrity
* Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
* Desire to build a career with us!
