As a Family Care Giver for DDRC you provide supervision and support to YOUR family member within your home. The supports you provide are identified in your Service Plan which includes, but is not limited to: assisting with hygiene needs, providing basic first aid, monitoring/ensuring safety, transportation to various appointments and activities, planning and/or assisting with work and recreation activities, budgeting assistance, life skills training (i.e., sex education and relationship building), meal preparation, assisting with behavioral management needs and crisis intervention. Complete required documentation and attend monitorings/meetings as requested/required.
