Performance Optimal Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Performance Consultant to join our team. At Performance Optimal Health, we believe that mental wellness is just as important as physical health in achieving optimal performance. We take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, focusing on the Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management.

As a Mental Performance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their mental performance and enhance their overall wellbeing. You will work closely with clients to assess their mental health, develop personalized strategies and interventions, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them overcome mental barriers and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and performance
• Develop individualized mental performance strategies and interventions tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them build resilience, manage stress, and optimize their mental wellness
• Collaborate with other members of the Performance Optimal Health team to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in mental performance and wellness
• Keep accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and interventions

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience working as a Mental Performance Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of mental health and performance enhancement strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping others optimize their mental wellness and achieve their goals
