We're currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic AP Coordinator to join our growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Do you have a sweet tooth for accounting? As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of all vendor payables in a cost-effective manner for all PVM USA, Canada, and Manufacturing activities. You will also be responsible for month-end journal entries and closing. Additional responsibilities include:
- Communicate with outside vendors and customers regarding payments and invoices.
- Communicate internally with departments regarding purchase orders and invoice price/quantity.
- Ensure timely process of invoices with proper match to purchase order.
- 1-2 year's prior experience within accounting.
- High school diploma or GED required. Certificate or Associate's degree preferred.
- MS Office Application experience is required. Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
- Proficient in SAP.
- General accounting knowledge of debits/credits.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal, written and verbal.
- Good data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
- Must be action oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
