Provides support in a Department-level Front Office SI role supporting the Department Chief of Staff (CoS). Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning of department events such as offsites, all-hands meetings, focus groups and tiger teams
• Attend department-level leadership meetings; capture accurate, detailed minute and actions; distribute to appropriate personnel following meetings
• Develop templates that will be distributed to divisions in preparation for high-profile meetings such as quarterly program reviews.
• Assist with ad hoc Chief of Staff tasks, actions and projects.
• Peer review front office team products for accuracy, formatting, messaging, and professionalism
• Edit SharePoint sites to aid in department communication initiatives

Desire previous FO SI experience with Sponsor, experience with governance, business & finance.

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
