R-00128839 Description Leidos is currently hiring for several Operations Advisors. Primary Responsibilities: The primary function of an Operations Advisor is to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities to manage a geographic area or transnational issue. Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors and 4 years of relevant experience
* TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
* Demonstrated success in multiple official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
* Extensive overseas travel and experience .
* Demonstrated success in posing creative solutions to operational challenges.
* Demonstrated success in applying counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
* Demonstrated success managing and tracking operational cases.
* Demonstrated success in drafting coordinating, and monitoring the production of intelligence reporting.
* Demonstrated success in managing customer policies, and regulations in support of operations.
* Proficient in various writing styles and classified client databases.
* Ability to write products in clear and concise manner under a short deadline.
* Demonstrated success in briefing senior executive management.
* Proficient in working and networking across Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
* Exercise sound judgement.
* Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
* Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in team environment.
* Capable working independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: * Professional certifications relevant to work.
* Language proficiency.
