A graduate of the Defense MILDEC Training Course IAW CJCSI 3211.01E.
A graduate of a Service or Joint level MILDEC training course IAW USCENCTOM R-525-3 Responsibilities: The Strategic Planner/Military Deception provides subject matter expertise to USCENTCOM Component Commands for MILDEC planning, with specific expertise in MILDEC plan coordination and plan de-confliction. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Provide support in the drafting, approval, and execution of current MILDEC plans and orders in order to enhance operational success, reduce US casualties, and prevent loss of equipment. · Provide expertise during the assessment of Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) with regard to MILDEC plans. · Provide expertise in the synchronization MILDEC efforts with Computer Network Operations, Electronic Warfare, operations security (OPSEC), and military information support operations in support of political and military objectives. · Provide support in coordinating with Counter Intelligence assets. Qualifications: The candidate must have the following qualifications: · Minimum five years of MILDEC planning experience. · Minimum three years planning experience at the Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters. Travel: Travel required to AOR. Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
