Founded on a simple premise: people everywhere, regardless of identity or circumstances, should have the chance to live healthy, productive lives. We believe our employees should reflect the rich diversity of the global populations we aim to serve. We provide an exceptional benefits package to employees and their families which include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with no premiums, generous paid time off, paid family leave, foundation-paid retirement contribution, regional holidays, and opportunities to engage in several employee communities. As a workplace, we're committed to creating an environment for you to thrive both personally and professionally.
The Team
The Channels & Audience Engagement team is responsible for managing and/or supporting the bulk of the foundation's flagship and ELT channels, the foundation's website, our email program, and our web-based storytelling platform, Ideas. Our work requires constant and close collaboration with stakeholders across and outside the foundation. You should have expertise in three key areas:
  • Email and content marketing, particularly for an audience of influential individuals within the global health and development space (such as policymakers, government officials, media, academics).
  • Tech familiarity and expertise with coordinating and applying CRM, CMS, and email marketing systems.

We anticipate about 20 percent of this role's time be on program strategy, execution, and insights; 40 percent on story development and working with writers, content team, and handling input across internal partners; and 40 percent on email/Ideas production management, including time spent in CRM and email software management. You should be equally comfortable working at a high strategic level as they are writing subject lines or building email sends.
