PeopleShare is hiring an experience Inventory Clerk. This company houses a variety of clientele with operations spanning multiple industries such as cosmetics, beauty and fragrance!
Job Details for Inventory Clerk:

• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 hour shift between 7am-6pm.
• Direct Hire- PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k!
• Pay Range: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities for Inventory Clerk:

• Manage the Inventory department email inbox and create work tasks for the team based on customer inquiries and requests
• Research items in the Inventory Management system and create reports as needed for counts, searches, and inspections
• Keep system updated and accurate, making stock movements and adjustments as needed for customer requests or cycle count corrections
• Identify inventory control process issues and coordinate with inventory control manager to implement process improvements
• Assist other inventory team members with their task and projects, perform any other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements for Inventory Clerk:

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse clerical experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Strong Excel skills preferred, Vlookup, pivot table
• Familiarity with NAV/Navision and Business Central or other Inventory Management System/Warehouse Management System a plus
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Great attention to detail, time management, and organization
