JOB SUMMARY:

The Electrical team is looking for an experienced licensed Journeyman Electrician for current and upcoming project needs across San Antonio who will support the team with installing and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems for commercial construction projects per plans and specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in commercial buildings.
• Install various types of conduit to electrical devices and equipment.
• Ensure piping complies with electrical codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Perform all phases on construction phase from underground and rough-ins to punch-lists
• Install primary and secondary distribution and switchgear.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspect electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replace conduit and wiring as needed.
• Replace circuit breakers as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Texas
• Experience working on commercial construction projects: Schools, hospitals, high rises, data centers, distribution/warehouses.
• Ability to size wire, read drawings, and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to make up panels and transformers (terminating)
