Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Peoria, IL & surrounding areas
Company Description: RLK Associates Inc. is a locally-owned construction company that focuses on new construction homes and home remodeling.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Operating hand and power tools
- Cleaning and preparing job sites
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
- Performing general maintenance of tools and equipment
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
