Area Quality Inspection Team Leader
As an Area Automotive Quality Inspection Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that automotive manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and specifications. This role requires extensive travel to various manufacturing facilities within two hours of Princeton Indiana, where you will work together with the supervisor to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality.
Area Quality Inspection Team Leader Job Summary:

• Pay: Based on Experience - $18-19 an hour
• Shift hours: Hours vary based on worksite needs
• Conduct on-site inspections of automotive manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly.
• Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent and accurate assessments.

Area Quality Inspection Team Leader Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive quality control and inspection or related fields.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
