Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for customer savings and propose value-added options
• Assist with financing approvals and have budget conversations with homeowners
• Consistent follow-up and relationship management with existing and potential customers
• Generate referrals from satisfied customers
• Establish customer rapport to sell the appropriate products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
• Create clear and precise sales proposals for the installation team
• Build confident buyers by providing transparent information about their purchase
• Represent King Heating Cooling and Plumbing in a manner that fosters lasting customer relationships and generates referrals

Qualifications:

• Engaging presentation and public speaking skills
• Familiarity with local codes and company product lines
• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of HVAC sales experience
• IT competent, experienced with Microsoft Office and sales applications
• Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Ability to determine job profitability and cost based on scope of work
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
