Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LSW/LCSW)

A large and growing, well known, non-hospital based organization is currently hiring for Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist/Counselors (LSW/LCSW).

This candidate would provide behavioral and mental health services, including intervention counseling, referrals and follow up services.

Functions:
Provide Comprehensive Assessments, Diagnosis and Interventions
Treatment Planning and Achieving Goals
Detect “at risk” patients and plans to prevent further deterioration
Work with primary care for different case management processes
Teach prevention and treatment enhancement techniques
Assist with program development and maintain liaison relationships with community resources
Participate in all staff development required of organization such as meetings, conferences, continued education, etc.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or PhD in Clinical Psychology required
Licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
Licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
New Grads accepted/welcomed
Able to operate phones, computers and office equipment
Physical ability to knell, bend, and perform light lifting
