Residential Sales Representative - Expectations
As Pella Residential Sales Representative, you’ll be charged with selling our window and door products to customers within a particular area (Southeastern Mass.). The role involves designing effective strategies for closing company set appointments, creating a daily plan of action, and executing it.
As a sales professional, you understand that the number of sales made is a result of consumers’ needs matched with the right solution. As a Pella Residential Sales Representative you’ll first evaluate customers’ needs then provide a well scripted product demonstration and price proposal before “asking” for the sale. The task of meeting monthly sales targets is an important part of being a member of the Pella Sales Team where support from both your manager and fellow team members will position you for success.
Pella Sales Representatives are also our company ambassadors and are expected to always maintain good conduct and professional standards to present a good image of Pella Boston to our customers/prospects.
