Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating people, activities and available resources in order to maximize the successful operation of the property.
Primary Duties:
•Work with the Regional Manager, Director of Property Management, company objectives, annual budget and corporate leadership to determine property operating objectives and plans to achieve them.
•Responsible for the development of the property team members to maximize performance.
•Take a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others.
•Initiate and manage all core business processes, including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development.
