Travel LPN / RN (Hourly rate Non-taxable stipend)

AristaCare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (LPN/RN)to provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Responsibilities include but not limited to: medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans. This position requires overall teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The LPN/RN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action to provide high quality care to all residents.

Requirements:

• Must be Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania
• Must live at least 50 miles away to avail of the non-taxable stipend
• Travel Contract is 13-weeks (renewable)
• Must work fulltime hours - at least 3 shifts (Nurses) with alternate weekend
• No set rotation, schedule is based on the needs of the facility (but will be given guaranteed 5 shifts per week for 13 weeks)
• Alternate Weekend is a must
• Must not choose unit/floor
• Must be flexible and work with the Staffing Coordinator to fill the holse
• Employment Type is Per Diem, since it's a contract / temporary arrangement
