Shift Availability: 2nd Shift, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
- Maintain process flow for machining/assembling parts following specific procedures.
- Accurately complete all daily tracking reports.
- Perform quality checks by measuring part dimensions (diameters, depths, grooves) as required.
- Consistently produce quality parts, identify and manage abnormal situations.
- Label approved, inspected parts with individual packing numbers.
- Demonstrate understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by checking machine fluid levels (e.g., oil, coolant).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Six months to one year of previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for up to 10 hours at a time.
- Maneuver around the plant; frequently bend, squat, and move limbs.
- Strong hand movement and dexterity; ability to grasp and manipulate objects.
- Good eyesight, hearing, and speaking voice.
- Lift between 10-40 lbs. frequently.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a manufacturing environment with potential workplace hazards.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and precautions around machines and chemicals.
