Duties include but are not limited to:
· Qualifying clinic(s) patients daily through EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals (multiple states)
· Support for clinic-based allergy technicians in the field.
· Learning and supporting company's allergy protocols
· Support for upper management
Desired skills/qualifications:
· Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
· Adept in basic computer skills (Open Office, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Adobe, Microsoft, HP scan)
· Knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS) and insurance regulations
· Understanding of software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
· Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and analyze medical documents.
· An excellent communicator
· Able to serve as a liaison between patients and providers
· Ethical and dependable
· An advocate of patient education
· Very detailed oriented and organized
· Able to multitask
