This is an exciting opportunity for new graduate nurses to enter a program providing technical excellence as well as nursing excellence, compassionate care for our patients and community. The Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive transition to practice program offering interactive, evidence-based curriculum designed to build clinical skills and competency in patient outcomes, leadership and the professional nurse role. This is a 12-month program reflecting the Mission, Vision and Values of PeaceHealth.

*What You Bring:*
A new graduate RN (or upcoming graduate) or a RN who has been licensed for less than 12 months with less than 6 months of Acute Care experience as an RN at time of application.
