**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Parts Counter professional to join our team. The Parts Counter personnel will be responsible for assisting customers with locating and ordering parts, maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a parts department or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems to process orders and maintain accurate records.
**Responsibilities:**- Greet customers and assist them in identifying and locating the correct parts.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Provide information on pricing, availability, and lead times to customers.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming parts shipments.
- Address customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
