Our well-established, prominent real estate firm is looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the team at our apartments.
Responsibilities include:
- respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
- respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property
- optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
- use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
- maintain thorough knowledge of property and that of competition
- prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
- walk move-ins to ensure readiness
Requirements and Qualifications:
- previous leasing experience
- a professional image
- great customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
- a team player attitude
- The company provides competitive salary, benefits to include: medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, PTO, and holidays, and a 401k plan with company match.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
