Titan Office Solutions provides top support for Copiers and Printers in Greensboro, Charlotte and surrounding areas.
This is a mostly on-call position (we currently have a full time tech in the area) this will be minimal hours a week (sometimes no work at all which means no customers are having issues) but still will be paid for full work schedule..

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical issues On and Off site
- Collaborate with the field service team to coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide remote assistance to customers
- Utilize IT knowledge to assist with printer/copier hardware and networking problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Copier Repair (Preferably Xerox and Ricoh)
- Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products and services
- Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair processes
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools is a plus
