We are searching for full-time, motivated, mitigation technicians to add to our growing team. This is a customer-facing position requiring professionalism, tact, and an uncompromising drive to exceed client expectations.

Mitigation Technicians must be hardworking, available to serve on our 24 hour on-call rotation, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up
• Demolition
• Structural board-up and site stabilization
• Carpet cleaning
• On location cleaning
• Content handling/storage
• Equipment set up, monitoring and break down
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times
• Follow the job site safety conditions and procedural protocol
• Be a flexible team player and demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times
• Maintain company image and positive attitude
• Be available 24 hrs / 7 days for on-call (as required)
• Required Skills:

• Skilled in confirming customer-satisfaction prior to concluding service work
• Excellent verbal / written communication
• High interest in developing knowledge of current technology and systems
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.02 - $24.92 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
