**Premium Support Specialist**

Work Experience 0-1 year Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Premium Support Account Specialist, to play a critical role in building relationships with our Premium Support customers. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, provide weekly proactive and reactive support updates, and communicate regularly with key stakeholders, both internally, and externally.

The Premium Support Manager will be the customer designated advocate within Eagle Eye Networks to build long-term relationships and understand the customers IT organization, infrastructure, and deployment objectives, which enables proactive and insightful guidance to the customers reseller and operations teams. The Premium Support Manager also owns the delivery of Eagle Eye Networks Premium Support services by overseeing technical support issues and escalations, while serving as the single point of contact for customer service relationship management.

Responsibilities

Owns the service experience for Premium Support accounts

Provide weekly issue reporting to Premium Support customers and resellers (open and closed issues)

Achieve assigned Premium Support account objectives

**Requirements**

Ability to present to groups of people in person and via webinar

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager

Sales experience in a B2B environment

Hands-on experience with CRM software and/or Account management systems

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
