Job Description
Hours for this Operator position:
- 1st shift 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
- Some overtime to be expected.
- Starting pay is $19.00/hr.
- Eligibility to be hired on after 520 hours.
- This is a long-term temp to hire for the right candidate.

- Set up and operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production and machine maintenance activities as required.
- Training will be carried out to a self-sufficient level at Rewind, Inspection set-up, coating head and resin room.
- Ability to handle physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience operating various types of industrial machinery.
- Previous experience in mixing operations is a plus.
