As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator (also known as Press Brake Operator, Production Machine Technician), you'll operate the Press Brake machine to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications. You'll also read and interpret blueprints for accurate production, set up machines for production runs, monitor operations, and make necessary adjustments. Ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the production process is a key part of this role. You'll also be cross-trained to operate other machines and will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
