As an Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager), you'll work closely with our experienced maintenance chief, with the opportunity to eventually take over his role. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining the quality of our manufacturing processes.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience and understanding of manufacturing processes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety procedures including lockout/tagout and confined space, proficiency in electrical controls, and experience with wastewater treatment systems. Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, and building materials is a plus.
