Human Resources Assistants will be responsible for assisting both US and International employees with various paperwork, training, uniforms, and housing matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate orientations for new US and international employees
• Assist with coordinating Social Security visits
• Copy, file, and organize documents for onboarding process
• Assisting students with setting up bank accounts for payroll
• Lead park tours for new employees
• Assist with handing out and collecting uniforms for employees
• Help place students in employee housing
• Data entry, detailed record keeping, reports, and logs
• Organizing and leading employee engagement events
• Assisting employees with making doctor's appointments and taking them to the doctor as needed
• Assisting with payroll questions
• Operate dorm office during business hours to assist employees with uniform needs, package pickup, general dorm inquiries, and controlling entry in and out of dorm
