Position Summary: Responsible for monitoring the activities of the residences while serving as a liaison between clients and programming staff
Essential Functions:
Responsible for holding clients accountable for following housing rules
Perform walkthroughs of each assigned property on a rotating basis during the scheduled shift
Perform house inspections for cleanliness and general property upkeep; appropriately report issues to maintenance as needed
Serve as a resource for clients and maintain order during the scheduled shift
Report to clinical staff regarding incidents involving clients
Maintain a positive, professional, and ethical demeanor with clients and within the community while following a strict code of ethics
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
Knowledge of MN Statute, Chapter 245G and licensing and its application to the department and company's policy and procedures
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with co-workers and clients
Excellent verbal skills in English
Demonstrated ability to work in alignment with company values and goals
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Education/Licensure/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required
Must possess a valid driver's license
Additional Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be free of problematic substance use for at least 90 days preceding hire and remain free throughout employment
Must maintain driving record conducive to the company's requirements to remain an authorized and covered driver on the company's automotive insurance policy
Additional information
This is a part-time position, working overnights from 10:30 pm - 6:00 am with some flexibility on hours.
