Systems Administrator M365

Job Introduction :

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our organization's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

Who we are looking for :

Curious individuals with a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services and administration and an in-depth understanding of the platform's services and capabilities. Who are detailed-oriented with the ability to maintain system efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and ensure necessary system updates and improvements.

What you'll do :

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Present complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, with the ability to provide the appropriate level of detail.
• Develop and implement Microsoft 365 governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Data & Technology team and other departments to understand and implement business requirements in the Microsoft 365 environment.

Additional details:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a similar role managing Microsoft 365 environments. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification preferred. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and administration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
