• We are absolutely comfortable hiring and training practitioners fresh out of school. *We have intentionally structured our provider schedules to mitigate the risk of burnout. Traditional jobs are 10 sessions/week, 5 days/week in the office or maybe you are driving around in your car doing essentially the same thing. We know from experience that this is a recipe for burnout.
