Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain firewall policies, rules, and configurations
to meet security requirements.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments on firewall
infrastructure.
Implement changes to the security infrastructure in a controlled
and planned manner.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and
resource availability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation,
including configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
Act as a point of contact for Level-1 support technicians, offering
guidance and expertise in troubleshooting.
Investigate and resolve network-related issues, providing timely
and effective solutions.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents related to Nokia routers
and implement preventive measures.
Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions for
future reference and analysis.
Conduct routine maintenance activities, including firmware
upgrades, patch management, and system optimizations.
Ensure network security measures are in place and aligned with
industry best practices and organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems
Administrators, Security Analysts, and Application Developers, to
support integrated solutions.
