Event Coordinator / Facilitator

We're currently seeking Event Coordinators to act as Game Coaches, delivering video game and laser tag events for private parties. When you provide engaging and enjoyable experiences, people appreciate it and often tip generously. Drivers earn an hourly rate of $17-$20, which translates to approximately $50-$60 per event, plus tips. Top drivers can earn up to $450 or more on busy weekends.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Driving the GameTruck mobile game theater (truck and trailer, 65 feet long) to event locations
• Facilitating fun video game private events and interacting with guests (mostly kids)
• Maintaining the trailer, vehicle, and equipment appearance to uphold the professional image expected from GameTruck

A Standard Day:
Your typical day involves arriving at the equipment depot/office, inspecting and checking out your equipment, then driving to events following a pre-planned route. At the event, you'll run the party and manage the equipment. After the day's events, you'll return to the depot.

• Enjoy working with kids and have an outgoing personality
• Can work weekends and evenings on a flexible schedule
• Can manage chaotic situations with calm enthusiasm
• Have general knowledge of video gaming, consoles, and audio/video equipment
• Able to meet deadlines, be punctual, and maintain a professional image

PLEASE NOTE:

• Must be available Friday evenings as well as Saturdays and Sundays
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Hourly wage plus event tips
