Paradigm Information Services is Hiring a Remote Project Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is currently in search of a Project Coordinator to help support our client, a global provider of legal services. In this role, you will support Project Managers with project execution in the Client Services department and ensure consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions (verbal and written communications, problem resolutions, consulting, budget management and project execution).
Type: 1 year contract
Location: Remote, United States (Must be within 50 miles of Beaverton, OR/Phoenix, AZ)

As a Project Coordinator, you will:
  • Support the project manager by meeting project requirements including kickoff meetings, deadline management, client status reporting, other necessary project communication, and coordinates with various operational teams.
  • Complete all project deliverables on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of a set of standards by which all client service staff operate to create a best in practice culture that allows for similar level of service regardless of the project staff assigned.
  • Research claim inquiries and communicate findings with clients, claimants, and/or other operational departments.
  • Research process issues and communicate findings with project teams and other operational departments.
  • Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance, draft claimant letters, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments.
  • Work with the Project Managers of Client Services as well as other operational departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and/or exceed client expectations.
  • Foster a team environment and build cooperation between client services team members and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards.
  • Provide the means for others to grow and develop personally and professionally within and across departments.
  • Appropriately complete all of the individual tasks accurately or according to workflow/process guidelines with an emphasis on reaching or exceeding quality standards.
  • Enter tickets for all parties involved.
  • Determine if claimants were sent a notice, if they were sent a claim and if it was cashed.
  • Use the SRS ticketing system for Class Action.
  • Field questions from the call center.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
  • 1 year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, preferably in the legal field for a service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to process information in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be proficient in Access (querying reports)
