The Redux Group Responsibilities

* Setting buyer and seller appointments from your sphere and from team-provided leads.

* Enrolling buyers' and sellers' clients at face-to-face appointments.

* Coach your clients through the ins and outs of their transactions.

* Negotiating contracts and contingency removals (administrative support provided).

* Helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Qualifications

* 8 years of successful experience closing real estate transactions.

* Strong desire to help clients achieve their goal of finding their dream home.

* Must have a valid Real Estate License!

* Unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

* Self-motivated and driven - want to close 20-40 deals per year.

* Organized and manages time effectively.
