**Position Description**

Youll be given all the tools you need to be successful with our comprehensive 2-week training program. This is followed by a partnership with an experienced team member. Youll be part of a family culture where your contributions are noticed and recognized. Youll have the opportunity to play a role in producing quality parts that are critical to industries such as aerospace, military, mining, marine and oil & gas.

Jobs may include sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding and material handling.
