Landscaping Assistant- Join our team of landscaping enthusiasts! Work directly with management to provide proper care for all types of landscape projects and restorations. In addition, you’ll work alongside business leaders within the trade industries to gain knowledge and insight; while working together to provide excellent service to our community.

Qualifications
Must Haves:

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC included).
• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
The Landscaping Assistant position will have varying duties on a day-to-day basis
They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, and general support of operations on location at our worksites.
This position may require the use of hand tools, power tools, yard maintenance tools, & various other equipment
Landscaping duties include pulling weeds around garden beds, walkways, and homes. Sweeping walkways of debris. Hauling debris away. Rake, mulch, fertilize, and prune the grounds as directed. Much of the position will require standing, bending, and kneeling repeatedly throughout the day.
Lawn care/ landscaping experience strongly preferred, but not required
Our Landscaping Assistant will display strong communication skills when working with our team leads and any customers onsite.

Regularly lift heavy objects over 50 pounds for a large part of the day.

The Details
Wage Range: $16.00 per hour to start. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay can increase depending on quality reviews at 90 days.
Available Shifts: 8-16 hours a week with flexibility on days. We operate only during the day and during the week.

We will also provide snacks, water, PPE, monthly team lunches, team continuing education classes and/or materials, hats, and shirts if requested. All tools to be provided.

This is a seasonal position.
