Job DescriptionConstruction Estimating CoordinatorPancoast & Clifford, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and organized Construction Estimating Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Chief Estimator. This position provides support to our Estimating Department as necessary to enable the Estimators to perform at the highest level possible.
To be successful as an Estimating Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Having a knowledge in Construction is a plus.
Estimating Coordinator Responsibilities:

To be successful as an Estimating Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Having a knowledge in Construction is a plus.
Estimating Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring estimating plans, estimating schedules,
- Quality control tracking, expediting, and follow-up.
- Effectively and accurately communicating relevant estimating information to the estimating team including, but not limited to, printing out drawings, keeping track of when bid is due, and excellent phone skills.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for Bids.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in applications including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Experience in Smartbid is a plus.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
