Position: Therapy Tech for Private Natural Healthcare

Location: Synergy Integrated Health, [Escondido]

Type: Full-Time, M-Th 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Pay Range: $20-23/hour Performance Bonuses
Training: Dive into Success with On-site Training Provided! Therapy tech, caretaker or direct patient experience will receive priority.
We are looking for a stellar Therapy Tech to work hands on with our patients and our growing team. As a therapy tech, your main job is to help our doctors and clinicians save time and leverage it to give exceptional care to our patients. This is a long term role where you will be respected, valued and grow quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow, ensuring everyone receives timely care.
• Conduct new patient consultations
• Deliver specific examination procedures or new patient screenings
• Setup patients for our doctors to take x-rays or additional diagnostic testing
• Prepare and set up patients for therapy sessions with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with treating doctors to provide top-notch clinical support.
• Office talk, promoting health wellness at every opportunity.
• Create a comforting environment for patients, ensuring their visit is efficient..
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, upholding our standards of excellence.
• Actively engage with patients during exercises or activities, under the guidance of our expert team.
• Monitor patient progress and report to treating doctors, contributing to our patients success with care.

Who we are looking for:
The following are not hard requirements, but will receive priority.

• High school diploma/GED
• Experience or certification in massage therapy, physical therapy aide or experience working hands on with patients.
• Passion for holistic health and wellness
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Knowledge of basic human anatomy and physiology
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
